Jinzhou town belongs to Ningxiang City, Changsha City, Hunan Province. Its geographical coordinates are 112 ° 38 ′ 39 ″～ 113 ° 62 ′ 04 ″ E and 28 ° 17 ′ 24 ″～ 28 ° 48 ′ 07 ″ n. History of construction

It is named after Jinzhou Bay.

In October 1958, the township government was withdrawn and the people's commune of the township was established. It was named after the promotion of ownership by the whole people at that time.

In July 1983, suiningxiang county was put under the jurisdiction of Changsha City.

In May 1984, the people's commune was withdrawn and the people's township was established.

In 1990, the county was divided into districts, and the township belonged to xiaduopu district.
