History of construction
It is named after Jinzhou Bay.
In October 1958, the township government was withdrawn and the people's commune of the township was established. It was named after the promotion of ownership by the whole people at that time.
In July 1983, suiningxiang county was put under the jurisdiction of Changsha City.
In May 1984, the people's commune was withdrawn and the people's township was established.
In 1990, the county was divided into districts, and the township belonged to xiaduopu district.
In May 1995, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, and quantang Township and Renmin Township were merged into Renmin township.
