Sanhe farm

Sanhe farm is located in Xuyi county, Jiangsu Province, the hometown of lobster in China, bordering on Hongze Lake. The total land area is 66800 mu, including 42000 mu of arable land, with a total population of 8621 (2010).

The farm has four agricultural management areas, five joint-stock enterprises, one hospital and one kindergarten. At the same time, there are more than 40 non-public enterprises. It is a medium-sized state-owned enterprise under Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation group.

Planting industry

Efficient farming. The farm was identified as "key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in Jiangsu Province" by Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, as "pollution-free green food production base" and "National Agricultural Reclamation modern agricultural demonstration area" by the Ministry of agriculture. The efficient planting area of the whole field reached 5670 mu. "Sanshu" strawberry obtained the "organic farm" certificate and "organic trademark" license issued by the national environmental organic products certification center, and "Jiangsu famous brand agricultural products" and "Jiangsu famous trademark" in 2008. Seed and rice are the two major industries of the farm.

Colonization

Efficient aquaculture. The total number of poultry sold in the year was more than 5.1 million, including 3.075 million broilers, 1.025 million ducks and 1 million geese. The total output value of the whole farm is 120 million yuan. The output value of animal husbandry accounts for 57% of the total agricultural output value, and the output value of animal husbandry accounts for one fourth of the total amount of land reclamation in Jiangsu Province.

Mechanical processing industry

Second and third industries. The machinery processing industry with golden elephant reducer as the main body, the agricultural and sideline products processing industry with grain, cotton and oil processing and Ganghe brewing as the main body, and the electronic processing industry with Semiconductor Co., Ltd as the leader have formed a "three legs" situation in the process of farm industrialization. Among them, the second and third industries controlled and participated by farms mainly include "Huai'an Jinxiang Sanhe Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd." and Jiangsu Sansen incubator. The farm has 34 private secondary and tertiary enterprises, mainly involved in electronics, building materials, machinery, agricultural products processing and other fields. Among them, there are 16 electronic fuse manufacturers, with an annual output of 800 million fuses. It is the largest fuse tube production base in China. Small town construction. The farm is one of the six central towns in Xuyi county. There are 2385 families and 6470 people living in small towns. The level of urbanization has reached 68%.
