Liu Shi Town, Lixian County Town, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Lixian County, 17 km southwest from the county seat, adjacent to Suning County, and West Lian Liwu Town, and South * Bauer Town, across the dragon river. Liushi town is named as "national pilot town for comprehensive reform of small towns" and "top 100 towns in Hebei Province" because of its government's presence in Shicun. It is the largest fur distribution center in northern China and a town with developed characteristic industries in Hebei Province. In 1953, Liushi township was established. In 1958, it was changed to Liushi commune. In 1984, Liushi township was established again. In 1985, it was renamed Liushi town. As of June 2020, Liushi town has jurisdiction over 26 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Liushi town is stationed in Shicun. Liushi town is the planting site of Chinese yam, a national geographical indication product of China.
In 2013, the total agricultural output value of Liushi town was 124 million yuan, accounting for 30% of the total output value of the town, and the per capita net income of farmers was 4932 yuan. The total industrial output value is 141 million yuan, accounting for 34% of the total output value of the town. Historical evolution
