Xixidian town is located 13 kilometers south of Pingyu County in Henan Province. It is adjacent to Xincai County in the East, Runan County in the West and Zhengyang County across the river in the south. It is known as "jimingting three counties". The total area of the town is 130.74 square kilometers (2017), and the built-up area of the town is 4.2 square kilometers.

It is 70km away from national highway 107, Beijing Zhuhai Expressway and Zhumadian station of Beijing Guangzhou railway in the west, 30km away from national highway 106, 90km away from Fuyang station of Beijing Kowloon Railway and 10km away from ashen Expressway in the East, 4km away from Xinyang Expressway in the north and 300km away from Wuhan in the South.
