Huangsigang Town, located in the east of Huangchuan County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, is 19 kilometers away from Huangchuan County and 15 kilometers away from Huangchuan railway station. There is G312 national road crossing the East and West, connecting with G106 National Road, Beijing Kowloon Railway and Ningxi railway, and Shanghai Urumqi communication optical cable crossing the whole town. Guandu township was set up in 1955, merged into Taolin commune in 1958, established huangsigang commune in 1959, and changed to township in 1983.
