Fulin town
Fulin town is located at the southern foot of printing plate mountain, the branch of Daxiangling mountain. It is the seat of the people's Government of Hanyuan County, Sichuan Province, and the political, economic, transportation and commercial center of the county.
The terrain is high in the northeast and low in the southwest, with Anle Township in the southeast, Fuquan town in the northeast, Dadu River in the South and Dashu town in the confrontation. The total area is 60.2 square kilometers, with 11702 mu of arable land and 12 square kilometers of water area. It governs 4 villages and 5 communities. At the end of 2013, there were 14784 households with a total population of 39275.
On August 23, 2000, Fulin town was listed by the provincial government as one of the provincial pilot small town construction launched by Sichuan Province in 2000, and the construction of Liushahe New District in Sichuan Province has begun to take shape.
Fulin town is a passageway of "ancient Southern Silk Road" with prosperous commerce and trade.
Fulin town has a long history. The discovery of "Fulin cultural site" and the excavation of bronzes and stone tools prove that the ancestors lived here more than 10000 years ago.
Historical evolution
After the destruction of Shu, the ancient forest was gradually developed. Dadu town was established in the 20th year of kaihuang (AD 600), and Yangshan town was changed in the 2nd year of Daye (AD 606). In the first year of Tianbao (742 AD), it was renamed Tongwang County, which belonged to Lizhou. Wei Gao, the governor of Western Sichuan, built the city here, which was divided into upper city and lower city. in 1046, Emperor Renzong of the Song Dynasty abandoned Tongwang county to Hanyuan County (now Qingxi Town). yuan belongs to the Provincial Library of the bank. in the Ming Dynasty, there were nine garrisons and thirteen battalions. Fulin was one of them, which was called Fulin camp. After the Qing Dynasty, there were townships, which were established in the Republic of China. At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Fulin township was called Fulin township. It has jurisdiction over Rong, Fuquan, Anle, Baiyan and Wanli. Fulin township was set up in 1951 when the land reform was carried out. In 1952, the urban area was separated out and Fulin town was set up. The town government was stationed in Renmin Street until September 1992.

It is separated by Hanyuan Lake in the East, South and southwest, and faces Fuquan, Dashu and Xiaobao Tibetan and Yi townships of the county respectively. It borders Hexi Township in the northwest and fengle township of Shimian County in the West. It is 89 km away from Ya'an City and 240 km away from Chengdu City (Beijing Kunming expressway mileage).
