Yinfang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Laiyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Laiyuan County, bordering Yi County in the East, Shunping County in the south, Tang County in the West and Baishishan town in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 25 kilometers, and the maximum distance from north to south is 13 kilometers, with a total area of 232 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total population of Yin Fang town registered residence was 14899.
In 1953, Yinfang township was built. In 1958, it belonged to Yuejin commune. In 1961, jianyinfang commune was founded. In 1984, it was restored to Yinfang township. In 1993, it merged with shangxiatai Township and sigezhuang township to build Yinfang town. As of June 2020, Yinfang town has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Yinfang village.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Yinfang town was 3 million yuan. The total revenue is 4 million yuan and the expenditure is 4 million yuan. In 2018, there were 18 industrial enterprises and 7 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Yinfang town.

Former site of Huangtuling campaign
The former site of Huangtuling campaign is located in Huangtuling village, Yinfang Town, Laiyuan County. In November 1939, during the Anti Japanese war in Beiyue District, the troops of Jin Cha Ji military region of the Eighth Route Army ambushed the Japanese army in Sanchakou and Huangtuling areas of Laiyuan County, Hebei Province.
On February 7, 2001, the former site of the battle of Huangtuling was announced by the people's Government of Hebei Province as the fourth batch of provincial cultural relics protection units in Hebei Province.
In January 2017, the former site of Huangtuling campaign was selected into the list of national Red Tourism classic scenic spots.
