Beiluo town
Beiluo Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Tang County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Tang county. Beiluo town is connected with nandiantou Township in the East, changgu town and Dingzhou City in the south, Luozhuang town across the Tang River in the West and hailishui Township in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 6.6 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 8.55 km, covering a total area of 41 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total population of the registered residence in North Luo town was 55090.
In 1953, Beiluo township was built. In 1958, Beiluo commune was established. In 1984, it was changed to Beiluo township. In 1996, it merged with wenjiazhuang township to build Beiluo town. As of June 2020, Beiluo town has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Beiluo town. Beiluo town is the planting site of Tangxian jujube, a national geographical indication product in China.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Beiluo town was 100.47 million yuan, the total industrial output value was 345 million yuan, and the fiscal revenue was 1.76 million yuan. In 2018, there were 192 industrial enterprises in Beiluo Town, including 4 large-scale enterprises and 67 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
In 1953, Beiluo township was built.
In 1958, nanshangsu commune was established and later moved to zhubeiluo village, which was renamed Beiluo commune.
In 1984, it was changed to Beiluo township.
In 1996, it merged with wenjiazhuang township to build Beiluo town.
