Niutun town belongs to Hua county, Anyang City, Henan Province. It was once a key town of Anyang City. It is located 35 kilometers southwest of Hua county. It is in the junction of Hua county, Yanjin County, Changyuan county and Fengqiu County. It borders Jiaohu Township and Banpodian township of Hua county, Weiqiu Township and Wanglou township of Yanjin County, huangde town of Fengqiu County and Changcun town of Changyuan county.
