Sunlaojia Town, belonging to Cao County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the east of Cao County, bordering Suji town in the East, ancailou town in the south, Panshi sub district office in the west, Daji Township in the southwest and Houji Hui town in the north. The area is 59.78 square kilometers. In 2018, 56575 people registered residence.

In 1957, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, belonging to sun Lao's hometown and yaozhuangzhai Township respectively. In 1958, Chaomei commune was established. At the end of the same year, it was renamed as Sunlaojia commune. In December 1983, sun's hometown was built. In June 2020, Sunlaojia town governs 37 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 68 industrial enterprises in Sunlaojia Town, including 12 large-scale industrial enterprises and 78 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In 1735 (the 13th year of Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty), the territory belonged to Fucheng.

In March 1956, it was transferred to Sunlaojia district.

In 1957, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, belonging to sun Lao's hometown and yaozhuangzhai Township respectively.

In 1958, Chaomei commune was established. At the end of the same year, it was renamed as Sunlaojia commune.

In December 1983, sun's hometown was built.
