Liulisi town is located in the southeast of Gaotang County, south of Chiping County, east of Qihe County, Yucheng City. It covers an area of 79.36 square kilometers, cultivated land of 71000 mu, governs 14 administrative villages and 1 rural community, and has a permanent resident population of 37697 (2017). It is the birthplace of Yihe boxing in Gaotang county.
