Historical evolution
About four or five thousand years ago, there were clans living in Huadian, Shandong Province. The Xia and Shang Dynasties were subordinate to Yanzhou. In the Western Zhou Dynasty (1066-771 BC), King Wu conquered Zhou and established the Zhou Dynasty. In memory of the kindness of the former king, he enfeoffed the descendants of the Yellow Emperor to Zhu (now Yucheng, Qihe and Changqing), which is called "Zhu state". At this time, Huadian was subordinate to the state of Zhu.
In the spring and Autumn period, the state of Zhu was destroyed by the state of Qi. Qihe was called Zhuke, also known as duyang, and later changed to Yuan county. Huadian area was successively subordinate to Zhuke county (duyang county) of Qi.
In 221 BC, the first emperor of Qin implemented the system of prefectures and counties. At this time, Huadian was subordinate to Zhuke county.
In the fifth year of emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty (202 BC), it was renamed zhu'a county. At this time, Huadian was subordinate to zhu'a county.
In the new mang period, zhu'a county was changed to Ancheng County, and Huadian area was subordinate to Ancheng county. In the 29th year of Jianwu in the Eastern Han Dynasty, Ancheng county was renamed zhu'a County, and Huadian was subordinate to zhu'a county.
In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Huadian was successively subordinate to zhu'a County, Gaotang county and Longhe county.
In the later Han, Wei, Jin, Liu and Song Dynasties, Huadian was subordinate to zhu'a county and Gaotang county respectively. In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, zhu'a county was called zhu'a county. In the northern and Southern Dynasties, zhu'a county was restored, and Huadian was still subordinate to zhu'a county.
In the later Wei, Qi and Zhou dynasties, Huadian was subordinate to zhu'a County, Taiyuan County of Qi state.
In the Sui Dynasty, Huadian was subordinate to zhu'a county.
In the early Tang Dynasty, Huadian was subordinate to Yuanyang County (the county seat was in Lunzhen town of today's Yucheng City), and later to Zhua County; in the first year of Tianbao (742 AD), Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty was changed to Yucheng County (the county seat was in Qianshan village of today's Yucheng City). Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty changed zhu'a County into Yucheng County by taking Yuxi's old city as an example. At this time, Huadian was subordinate to Yucheng County.
In the Song Dynasty, it was subordinate to Yucheng County, Jinan County, Jingdong East Road, Qizhou.
In 1130, gengji town of Yucheng County was established as Qihe County, and Huadian county was subordinate to Qihe County, Jinan Prefecture, Shandong east road.
In the third year of the Yuan Dynasty, it belonged to Qihe County, Dezhou Prefecture, Shandong Province.
At the end of the Ming Dynasty, many surnames came from Zhucheng. It was the largest village in the area. Later Hua and Guo had two surnames. They opened shops and occupied one street each. In ancient times, they were called Guo and Hua'er streets. Because the shop opened by Hua's surname was large, the name of the village was Hua Dian, and the name of Hua Dian came from it. Huadian is located in Qihe County, Shandong Province. In the Qing Dynasty, it was subordinate to Qihe County, Jinan Prefecture, Shandong Province.
