Arbengele Town, belonging to zalaite banner, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of zalaite banner, adjacent to Bayan zalaga Township in the East, badarhu town in the south, Bayan ulansumu town in the West and Xinlin town in the north. In 1956, it was divided into two towns, albengrad township.

On August 18, 1958, khandahanoutuk was transformed into the arbengrad commune.

On October 10, 1989, albengrad commune was changed into albengrad Sumu.

In 2005, bayanzalaga township was merged into albangle town.

In 2011, bayanzalaga township was separated.
