Guangchuan Street
Guangchuan street, belonging to Decheng District of Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of Decheng district. It is adjacent to jinxiuchuan scenic area in the East, Xinhua Road in the south, Hubin Road in the West and Tianqu street in the north. The area is 9.6 square kilometers. By the end of 2011, the total population of Guangchuan sub district was 88702.
In July 1961, it was incorporated into Guantun commune. In April 1976, Dongdi street was established. In March 2009, it was renamed Guangchuan street. As of June 2020, Guangchuan street has 13 communities under its jurisdiction.
In 2011, the total revenue of Guangchuan street was 89.74 million yuan, including 32.28 million yuan of local revenue.
Historical evolution
In September 1948, Dezhou City was divided into ten towns, the fifth one.
In 1955, it was returned to sanlizhuang Township, located in sanlizhuang.
In 1958, it was transferred to Huanghe Ya commune.
In 1960, it was changed into Sixin commune.
In July 1961, it was incorporated into Guantun commune.
In April 1976, Dongdi street was established.
In March 2009, it was renamed Guangchuan street.
