Dongzaoyuan Township
Dongzaoyuan Township, belonging to Linxi County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Linxi County. It faces Linqing City in Shandong Province with Weiyun canal in the East, Hexi Town in the south, Laoguanzhai town in the West and Zhaodian Township in Qinghe County in the north. It is 32 kilometers away from the people's Government of Linxi County, with a total area of 44 square kilometers.
In 1953, Zaoyuan township was established, belonging to Laoguanzhai District, Linqing County, Liaocheng special administration of Shandong Province; on May 1, 1984, dongzaoyuan people's commune was changed into dongzaoyuan township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Eastern Zao Yuan Township was 29485. As of June 2020, dongzaoyuan township has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in dongzaoyuan village.
In 2018, there were 21 industrial enterprises in dongzaoyuan Township, including 3 Enterprises above Designated Size and 15 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1953, Zaoyuan township was established, belonging to Laoguanzhai District, Linqing County, Liaocheng special administration of Shandong Province.
In 1958, Zaoyuan township was withdrawn.
In 1962, dongzaoyuan commune was established, belonging to Laoguanzhai district.
On December 22, 1964, Liaocheng district of Shandong Province was assigned to Xingtai District of Hebei Province, belonging to Linxi Working Committee.
March 27, 1965, Linxi County.
At the end of July 1966, the twelve mile commune was merged into the dongzaoyuan commune.
In March 1982, dongzaoyuan commune was renamed dongzaoyuan people's commune.
On May 1, 1984, dongzaoyuan people's commune was changed into dongzaoyuan township.
