Taibaozhuang Street

Taibaozhuang town is located in the south end of Changyi City, at the intersection of Changyi, Anqiu and Gaomi. There are Xiashan, Caoshan and shoshan, the veins of Mount Tai, and Xiashan reservoir, which is comparable to 800 Li Dongting Lake.

General situation

With a total area of 99 square kilometers, the township has 37 administrative villages and a total population of 31024. It is one of the famous historical and cultural townships in China. In 2007, Taibaozhuang town was assigned to Xiashan Ecological Economic Development Zone of Weifang City.

Transportation

The town has convenient transportation, developed communication, Jiaoji railway across the territory, Xiaxiao, weijiao highway through the East, West, North and south. With complete post and telecommunications facilities and a TV turntable, the distance between China and foreign countries has been greatly shortened.

Characteristic products

The town has beautiful scenery, fertile land and abundant resources. The cultivated land covers an area of 3.99 million mu, producing more than 10 kinds of high-quality vegetables such as potatoes and lettuce. Shawo watermelon along the Weihe River is famous, and peanuts are exported to Japan and other countries for their excellent quality. The fresh fish represented by four nostril carp and freshwater silverfish are sold all over the country.

Mineral deposits

The town is rich in underground mineral resources, mineral water, limestone, iron ore, dolomite granite reserves, good quality. Xinmiao mineral water, special stone crafts garlic mortar, sold all over the country, and into the international market.

economic development

Since the reform and opening up, the Party committee and government of the town have given full play to the advantages of local resources and accelerated the pace of economic development. Especially in recent years, we have made great efforts to adjust the agricultural structure and speed up the development of characteristic economy, so that the ratio of grain to economy has reached 4:6. Township enterprises give full play to the advantages of the five traditional industries of mining, construction, building materials, transportation and stone processing, cultivate leading enterprises, and drive the development of 140 individual and private enterprises in the town. In 2003, the local fiscal revenue was 3.675 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 3882 yuan.
