Shengtuo town
Shengtuo Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Kenli District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, is the peak of the Yellow River Delta. It is located in the west of Kenli District, adjacent to Kenli street in the East, Xindian street in Dongying District in the southeast, Dongji town in the south, Lijin street and YANWO town in Lijin County across the Yellow River in the West and North, with a total administrative area of 181.61 square kilometers.
Around 1370, zicaowo Xu family of Zichuan County moved to Ninghai fishing ground (now near Haizhong village of Shengtuo town) and became a member of the second and fourth districts of Lijin County after 1949. In November 1964, Lijin County was transferred to Kenli County and belonged to Dongji district. In March 1994, it was changed to Shengtuo town. By the end of 2018, the population of Shengtuo town registered residence was 63239. As of June 2020, Shengtuo town has jurisdiction over one community, 59 administrative villages and one village level unit.
In 2011, the financial revenue of Shengtuo town was 110 million yuan. The per capita net income of farmers is 12096 yuan. In 2018, there were 145 industrial enterprises in Shengtuo Town, including 43 large-scale enterprises and 28 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Around 1370, the Xu family of zicaowo in Zichuan County moved to Ninghai fishing ground (near Haizhong village of Shengtuo town).
During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, the government emigrated from Hongdong, Shanxi Province and Zaoqiang, Zhili (now Hebei Province) to reclaim wasteland and gradually formed villages.
After 1949, it belongs to the second and fourth districts of Lijin County.
In March 1956, it was transferred to Guangrao County.
In October 1961, he returned to Dongji District of Lijin County.
In June 1964, xiaoninghai commune of Dongji district was established.
In November 1964, Lijin County was assigned to Kenli County, under the jurisdiction of Dongji district.
In July 1966, it was renamed Shengtuo commune.
In July 1984, Shengtuo township was changed.
In March 1994, it was changed to Shengtuo town.
In February 2001, Ninghai and Shengli townships were merged into Shengtuo town.
