It has a long history of urban development and a tradition of business and trade. Zhenglu town has been recorded since the Tang Dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty, the salt industry of the town was very large, radiating to the surrounding counties. Economic situation

In 2006, the town's GDP was 1.264 billion yuan, an increase of 12% over the previous year. The rise of forestry production has led to the vigorous development of wood processing industry. The town is now engaged in wood chip processing, board processing and wood transportation and sales of more than 50 households. Zhanwang vegetable service center was established in 2003. It is located in Zhanjia village, Zhenglu Town, on the north side of the east end of SHANGZHAN Road, connecting with 316 provincial road in the East, covering an area of 10000 square meters. It is a comprehensive service center integrating vegetable planting and sales, planting technology consulting services and agricultural means sales. It is the largest vegetable trading wholesale market in the county. The main products of the center are cucumber, celery and pepper, with garlic, zucchini, beans, kidney beans and other varieties, with an annual trading volume of 300 million tons. The products are exported to more than 20 large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Hebei, Taiyuan, Harbin, Jinan and Zibo. Since the beginning of this year, Zhanwang vegetable service center has further increased investment in infrastructure, re hardened the site, rebuilt the trading shed, improved office facilities, and is welcoming the arrival of customers from all over the world with a new attitude.
