Hanshan town

Hanshan town is located in the northeast of Shuyang County. It is close to Xinyi River in the south, xinshuguan road in the north, 324 provincial road across the East and West, Ninglian first-class highway in the East, national highway 205 in the west, and the entrance of Beijing Shanghai expressway. It is 30 kilometers away from the county seat, with convenient transportation. Hanshan is the highest peak in Shuyang, with an altitude of 66.08 meters and an area of 0.48 square kilometers. The town covers an area of 65.29 square kilometers (2017), with 12 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, 34204 people (2017) and a population of 19000. Hanshan is the highest peak in Shuyang, 65.9 meters above sea level, covering an area of 0.48 square kilometers. In 2014, Hanshan town was identified as a key central town in Northern Jiangsu by the provincial government, and was rated as "national ecological township".

In 2014, it was renamed Hanshan new town. The nature of the city is determined as an important agricultural products processing base in Jiangsu Province, an important growth pole in the northeast of the county, and a livable small city with Hanxin culture as an important feature. The planning scope covers the administrative areas of Hanshan Town, Wuji town and Xiwei township.

On July 29, 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association decided to name Hanshan town as a national health township for the period of 2017-2019.

Evolution of organizational system

Hanshan district was established in 1945 under the leadership of Donghai County, a democratic regime, and returned to Shuyang County in May 1949. Hanshan people's commune was established in 1958 and renamed Hanshan Township People's Government in 1984. In June 1987, the township was removed to build a town.

Economics

Hanshan town has been named as "well-off town", "new small town", "petition work" and "labor export work" by the municipal Party committee and municipal government, and has been rated as "comprehensive advanced" town by the county Party committee and county government for five consecutive years. Hanshan town regards investment promotion as the key to speed up economic development, "internal training and external introduction", and widely attracts investment. Large scale projects include: Dongfang Liquor Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 4 million yuan; Xinyang distillery, with a total investment of 6 million yuan; Yibei leather factory, with a total investment of 1.3 million yuan; Suqian branch of huafengyuan Biotechnology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 3 million US dollars. The introduction of these projects not only increased the financial revenue, but also solved the employment of local surplus labor.

There are 22 enterprises of various types in the industrial park, including 2 enterprises with an investment of more than 100 million yuan, involving machinery and electronics, clothing processing, sanitary products and other production industries, with more than 1200 employees.

ecological environment

In accordance with the "20 word policy" of new rural construction, Hanshan town adheres to paying attention to both development and comprehensive improvement of environment. We have worked out plans and taken various measures to promote the construction of rural ecological environment actively and steadily, and achieved remarkable results.

1、 Increase capital investment and promote ecological engineering construction. Seize the opportunity and actively implement the five practical things newly established by the provincial government in rural areas. More than 500000 yuan has been invested in the construction of 3500 square meters of cement pavement, 9000 square meters of gravel pavement around the village, 4000 meters of sewers, a new tap water well, with a household water inflow rate of 98.6%. A pollution-free rice and wheat base area of 4000 mu has been built, and more than 200 households have been newly installed with biogas Livestock and poultry. Nearly 20000 yuan has been invested in the purchase of 20 garbage cans and the construction of 18 fixed garbage pools. The utilization rate of straw was 98.4%. 532 telephones were installed in the village, and 86.1% of the households had cable TV.

2、 Implement the "four clean" project to improve the village living environment. Since 2008, comprehensive improvement has been carried out on both sides of homes, water sources, rural areas and main roads. Three waste ditches and ponds in villages have been cleared, four middle ditches have been dredged, 42000 cubic meters of earthwork have been cleared, and 5000 square meters of water surface have been cleaned. The management and protection system of ditches and ponds has been formulated. The management mode of "group cleaning, village collection and town treatment" has been implemented for domestic waste in the whole village, which has improved the production and living environment of residents.

3、 Implement the management mechanism to keep the village clean and tidy. Firstly, six cleaning personnel are provided according to the standard to establish and improve the long-term management system; secondly, the responsibility is assigned to each person; thirdly, strict management and heavy punishment are imposed to promote the farmers to develop good health habits, enhance the awareness of environmental protection, and make the village clean and orderly.

Urban construction

In the old days, Hanshan town built streets near the river and built lanes along the streets. In 1512, the earth city was built, and in 1616, the brick city was rebuilt. Most of the rural market towns were built in Yuan Dynasty and gradually expanded in Ming and Qing Dynasty. The buildings in urban and rural areas are simple, and the roads are dusty and muddy. After the founding of new China, the old urban areas were gradually transformed. In 1956, the city expanded to the South and in 1981 to the East and West. By 1987, the urban area was 6 square kilometers, 20 streets were built, and the per capita living area was 5.91 square meters. Hanshan town has fully implemented the strategy of "group towns rise, stimulate domestic demand, group horses pull cars, enhance radiation, form a system, integrate urban and rural areas and promote development". Characteristic industry

Fanwei and Juyuan villages are taken as the focus to develop the vermicelli processing industry. The planting area of yam in Hanshan town is 10000 mu, and the yield of yam is 3000 kg per mu. The production of yam in Hanshan town is 30000 tons, which is processed on the spot and sold as vermicelli. In addition, the total amount of yam in Huachong, Wuji, Hudong and other towns nearby is 140000 tons, and the yield of vermicelli is 26600 tons, which is favored by the major markets in southern Jiangsu.

Hanshan town is a major grain producing town in Shuyang County. With rich land resources, it mainly grows rice, wheat and a small part of coarse cereals, with an annual output of 15000 tons of wheat and 20000 tons of rice. Hanshan town is one of the county's pollution-free bases. Its flour and rice are green food, which are exported to northeast cities. History and culture

Hanshan was one of the important towns in the north of the Qing Dynasty. It was a town in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, with Hanshan and Gushan in its territory. At the end of the reign of Emperor Guangxu, an ancient tomb of the Six Dynasties was excavated in Hanshan. There was a sword and a bottle, each with five baht. At the south foot of Han mountain, a king of Chu temple was built to offer sacrifices to Han Xin. It is said that Han Xin, the great general of the Han Dynasty, once practiced martial arts here, hence the name of Han Shan. Gushan Mountain is exquisite, surrounded by white clouds in ancient times, "Gushan white clouds" was once known as one of the "eight scenes of Shuyang" in the Qing Dynasty, but now it is not so spectacular. Hanshan town has been famous since ancient times. Lu Feng, a famous painter of the Qing Dynasty, was born in lvzhuang village, Hanshan town. His landscape paintings are regarded as treasures by the world. Lu Deyu, who was born in lvzhuang at the end of the Qing Dynasty, was secretary general when Chen Yi was mayor of Shanghai at the beginning of liberation. In the 1950s, Wei Yude, a young man in rendazhuang village, Hanshan Town, bombed enemy blockhouses many times on the Korean battlefield and won the title of "first class fighting hero of the Chinese people's Liberation Army". Lu Chibu, a well-known person, is vice chairman of Jiangsu Journalists Association and a native of lvzhuang village, Hanshan town. He has written chaimi riverside and falling soul. Township court

Hanshan people's court, located in Hanshan Town, Shuyang County, is responsible for the trial and execution of cases in six townships, including Hanshan, Wuji, Xixu, gaoxu, Hudong and guandun, with a population of 230000. The former Hanshan court was built in July 1999 with a total construction area of 615.8 square meters. In order to realize the standardized management of the court and facilitate the mass litigation, in September 2006, our hospital relocated the Hanshan court and invested 1.4 million yuan. The new court covers an area of 4640 square meters and a building area of 1200 square meters. There are two courtrooms, mediation room, office and reception room in the office area, and dormitory, kitchen, dining room and activity room in the living area. At present, the court has 8 personnel, and 710 cases were closed in 2006.
