Huining Town, subordinate to Xindu District of Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Xindu District, adjacent to yurangqiao street in the East, Qiaoxi District of Xingtai City in the south, Huangsi town in the west, Neiqiu County in the north, 8 kilometers away from Xingtai County People's government, with a total area of 104 square kilometers.
In 1956, Huining township was set up in Huining town; in 1994, Huining township was changed into Huining town. By the end of 2018, the population of Huining town registered residence was 40685. As of June 2020, Huining town has one community and 31 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is stationed in Huining village.
