The registered residence of the the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region County, Akesu County, is located in the northwestern part of the Wensu County town. The East is connected with the bezdun ranch. The south is linked to Jiamu Town, the west is bounded by the tagelac ranch, and the north is adjacent to the bezdun ranch. In 1962, bozidun commune was established. In 1969, bozidun commune reform committee was established. In 1984, it was changed into bozidun Kirgiz nationality township. As of October 2019, bozidun Kirgiz rural area has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages.
