Saijian Hui nationality township, belonging to Yingshang County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is located 23 kilometers southeast of Yingshang County. Historical evolution
Yipu was set up here in the Qing Dynasty, so it was named saijianpu. According to the county annals, it belonged to Zhengyangguan Township in the early Ming Dynasty; it belonged to the East six counties in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty; it was set up here in the period of the Republic of China; Saijian township was established in 1949; when the people's commune was established in 1958, the township was abolished, and the jurisdiction was designated as Chuigang people's commune; Saijian commune was established when the district was established in 1961; when the district was withdrawn and merged, the commune was abolished at the same time; 1973 Saijian management area was established in 1992; Saijian commune was rebuilt when the regional commune was established in 1979; Saijian township was renamed as Saijian Township in 1983, which was subordinate to Wanggang commune; a general branch of Wanggang town was established when the district was withdrawn and the township was merged in 1992; Saijian township was established in November 1996; and Saijian Hui Township was established with the approval of the provincial government in 1998.

Saijian Hui Township was originally a passing dianzi from Yingshang County to Zhengyangguan of Shouxian county. It is said that there are 72 springs under the original river and 3 ancestral temples in Puzhong. Most of the rest are in houhanoi from mutaizi to pengtaizi village. When the weather is dry and the water is shallow, it can be seen that the size is as big as fist and egg. Among them, there is a big spring with jet water, which is known as "Saijian Liuquan" and is one of the "Yingshang eight scenic spots".
