Jianying Township, subordinate to Yingshang County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is located in the northwest of Yingshang County. It was established by merging three small townships of Xinji district and suburban district after the district was withdrawn and merged in 1992. It covers a total area of 81 square kilometers, governs 30 administrative villages, 201 natural villages, and has a permanent resident population of 67166 (2017).

Jianying township is a typical alluvial plain in Huaibei, surrounded by rivers on three sides, with 13 large and medium-sized ditches and 4 lakes: bancao lake, Niejia lake, Chaihu lake and MAPI lake, among which bancao lake covers an area of 32010 mu. Hometown of Guan Zhong
Guan Zhong, a great statesman in the spring and Autumn period (723-645 BC), was born in Guangu village, Jianying township. Guan Zhong assisted Duke Huan of Qi as Prime Minister for more than 40 years. He carried out a series of internal and external policies, such as "Pro princes, valuing money and employment, recording talents, and ignoring taxes". He actively developed agriculture, salt, fishery, and steel production, and "nine combined princes, one ruled the world", making Duke Huan of Qi the first of the five rulers in the spring and Autumn period. Guangu village is named after Guanzhong's birthplace. It is said that the tiger Valley here was excavated by Guan Zhong when he was controlling the water. The old Yandun was where Guan Zhong beat the wild geese, the old barren ditch was where Guan Zhong killed the snake and gave way to the gold, and wanbangtou was the golden platform for Guan Bao.
Spring breeze in Wendi
Wenying village, Jianying Township, is the place where "the spring breeze of Wendi" is located. It is said that it was the place where Confucius stopped in Lu after returning from Chu when he traveled around the world. At that time, people were enlightened. Later, a "spring breeze bridge" was built, surrounded by weeping willows and quiet scenery. It was known as "the spring breeze of Wendi" and was the first of the eight scenic spots in Yingshang. Before leaving, she took a yellow dog and a black bone chicken. According to local legend, Huanggou, which runs across Jianying Township, was pulled by the tail of the yellow dog that he Xiangu took when she became an immortal. The black bone chicken left a black pot collection on the ground when it rose to heaven. This is the origin of the idiom "one person gains the Tao, the dog and the rooster ascends to heaven".

Guan Zhong
Guan Zhong, named Yiwu, is also named Jing Zhong. He was born in Guangu village, Jianying Township, Yingshang County from 723 to 645 BC. His family was originally a descendant of Jichang, King Wen of Zhou Dynasty. He was granted the title of Guan and took Guan as the surname. His father, Guan Yanzhong, was a doctor of Qi. He died early and was raised by his mother. Guan Zhong was the Prime Minister of Qi State in the spring and Autumn period. He served as an official for more than 40 years. He helped Duke Huan of Qi to carry out a series of reforms in the internal affairs, economy, military affairs and diplomacy of Qi State, and implemented the strategy of enriching the country and strengthening the army, which made him the first overlord in the spring and Autumn period. According to Guan Zi's thought, later generations compiled Guan Zi, a Book of 86 chapters, 76 of which are preserved today. Guan Junting
Guan Junting (1917-2003), born in Guangu village, Jianying Township in 1917, was born in abject poverty and worked as a boatman on the Huaihe River. He joined the Red Army of workers and peasants in the spring of 1931, the Communist Youth League of China in 1932, and the Communist Party of China in 1933. After joining the army, he graduated from the fourth phase of Yan'an Anti Japanese military and Political University and the second phase of advanced Department of Nanjing Military College. During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, he successively served as platoon leader of the 29th regiment of the 10th division of the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army, deputy company commander and company commander of the 36th regiment of the 12th division, and participated in the fourth and fifth counter "encirclement and suppression" and the 25000 Li Long March in the base areas of Hubei, Henan, Anhui and Sichuan and Shaanxi. In October 1950, when he was the chief of staff of the 94th Infantry Division, he went to Korea to fight with the 27th army of the division. Later, he was the deputy commander of the 81st division. After returning to China, he successively served as division commander, deputy commander, commander of the 31st division of the 12th army of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, commander of the Zhejiang provincial military region, and deputy chief of staff of the Nanjing Military Region. He was promoted to the rank of major general in 1964. He has served successively as secretary of the Party committee of the regiment, division, army and provincial military region, Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, and deputy to the fourth and Fifth National People's congresses. He won three medals of August 1, two medals of independence and freedom, two medals of liberation, and one medal of red star in 1988. Guan Junting died of illness in Nanjing on January 11, 2003 at the age of 86.
