Mingdong Street

Mingdong street, belonging to Mingguang City, Anhui Province, is located in the east of Mingguang City. It is connected with Shiba Town, Mingguang sub district office and Suxiang town from east to west and North. In 1991, the former Mingdong Township and Weigang Township were merged into Mingdong Township, which was renamed Mingdong street in May 2007. The sub district office is located in Weigang market town, with a total area of 73 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over five villagers' committees, 124 villagers' groups, and a total population of 15280 (2010). There are 25 party branches and 760 party members in the street.

General situation

There is one middle school, four central primary schools and one health center in Mingdong street, with perfect educational and medical functions. Mingdong insisted on taking industry as the main supporting force to promote leapfrog development, and paid close attention to planning the 0.5 square kilometer industrial project concentration area on both sides of the road from Wangchong to Weigang to attract investment. Mingdong industrial concentration area under construction is facing the radiation of Yangtze River Delta and the gradient transfer of industry in eastern cities with its brand-new appearance. In the project area, 12 enterprises, including Chaodong mining new materials Co., Ltd., Guoyang Mining Co., Ltd. and Shengda Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd., have settled down, covering an area of 200 mu with a total investment of 350 million yuan. The construction of the whole project area has been included in the planning of Mingguang City. Through further planning and construction, it will be built into a new industrial project concentration area with standard and efficient services, excellent policy environment and the first choice for investment and development.

Wangchong Industrial Development Zone is facing the gradient transfer of Yangtze River Delta radiation and urban industry with a new look. Covering an area of 125 mu, the park has been included in Mingguang urban planning, and its location advantage is becoming increasingly prominent. 12 enterprises, including Chaodong mining, Guoyang mining, Shengda spring, etc., have entered the park. Adhere to the township party school as the front, organize village cadres to study and train for more than 10 days every year, organize village Party branch secretaries and village committee directors to train for no less than 2 weeks, and strive to improve the political theory level and organizational leadership ability of village leaders at all levels. Carry out the "double training and double belt" training activities, so that more than 70% of the rural Party members under the age of 60 can lead the masses to become rich and well-off. Within five years, the primary certification rate of practical technology training for rural Party members reached 100%, and the intermediate certification rate reached 40%. We should do a good job in developing party members. Within five years, the township has established a contingent of more than 200 party activists and developed 100 party members, of which more than 25% are female party members; about 45 are young people under the age of 35; and more than 70 are in the production line.

We should attach great importance to the work of developing party members in rural areas. We should focus on training rural youth who support the party's line, principles and policies, have a high level of cultural knowledge, have a strong ability to become rich, and have the spirit of dedication, and strive to solve the problem of lack of successors in a few village Party organizations. Through efforts, the cultural structure, age structure and distribution of Party members in the township have been significantly improved. Within five years, two standardized pilot village Party branches will be built. More than 90% of the village Party branches will meet the "five good" target, and about 30% of the village Party branches will meet the "five good" model target. The village level collective economic development goal is: 30000-50000 yuan for about seven villages, 50000-100000 yuan for about two villages, and 100000 yuan for more than one village.
