Tofu town
Qijisu is known as the town of bean curd. Bean products production has a long history and profound cultural heritage. It is the pillar industry of the whole town. There are 1165 bean products production and operation households in the town, with more than 5000 employees. The daily processing of soybean is 100000 Jin. The main products are tofu, Qianzhang, plain chicken and so on.

The project is located in Qiwei village, Qiji town. The village is located in the east of Qiji town government, facing Huaihe River in the south, Chenhu village in the north, xiedaying District in Qiji village in the East and Taoying District in the West. The cultivated land area of the village is 1458 mu, 80% of the farmers are engaged in bean products processing industry, and bean products processing has become the pillar industry of the village. In order to promote the coordinated development of bean curd economy and social undertakings, and build a harmonious society, Qiji town bean products circular economy park is proposed. The method of separating bean products processing, breeding and living areas is adopted. The waste water, waste residue and feces of breeding industry from bean products processing are fully utilized to produce biogas and biogas as as fuel for bean products processing, and biogas slurry and biogas residue are used for soybean production We will create a virtuous circle and a pattern of economic development.
861 key projects
In 2009, with the approval of the national development and Reform Commission and the people's Government of Anhui Province, Anhui (Huainan) modern coal chemical industry park, a key project of the provincial "861 plan", was settled in Qiji Township, covering an area of 12.7 square kilometers. It is the largest characteristic coal chemical production base in East China. After all the projects are completed and put into operation, it can form a deep processing capacity of 25 million tons / year of raw coal, and realize an annual sales revenue of 60 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 11.6 billion yuan. Huainan Municipal government has finally positioned such a modern pillar industry in Qiji. It can be seen that Qiji has special geographical advantages, convenient land and water transportation conditions and good cultural environment, which also provides a golden opportunity for economic and social development and a solid and powerful momentum for development. It is mature for Qiji to withdraw villages and build towns.
New rural construction
development planning
The comprehensive reform of towns and villages can be divided into three stages
① Programme development and mobilization phase (April May 2007)
establish the leading and administrative organs of the district's comprehensive rural reform, organize relevant departments to conduct in-depth investigation and discussion according to the general requirements of the provincial and municipal comprehensive rural reform, and work out the comprehensive rural reform plan of the whole town. We will hold a mobilization meeting for the town's rural comprehensive reform, make a comprehensive deployment for the rural comprehensive reform, and formulate detailed rules.
② Organization and implementation stage (June 2007 to October 2008)
according to the requirements of the plan, we should carry out the reform measures in a planned and step-by-step way, combine with the responsibilities of departments, effectively carry out the reform work in relevant aspects, and comprehensively promote the reform.
③ Summary and improvement stage (November to December 2008)
Strengthen the supervision, guidance, inspection and acceptance of the town's comprehensive rural reform. We should strengthen investigation and research, seriously sum up experience, further revise and improve policies and measures to ensure the full completion of the task.
Policy of benefiting farmers
Qiji town's 15800 mu of wheat were all insured, and it was the first in the whole region to complete the task of policy oriented planting insurance, so that the farmers in the whole town could effectively resolve the risks of planting industry and enhance their confidence in getting rich. Qiji town is located along the Huaihe River, with more low-lying land. Farmers have been worried about the risk of agricultural disasters for many years. In the spring of 2009, after the district government launched the pilot work of policy oriented planting insurance, the town Party committee and government believed that the new policy of benefiting farmers was related to the stability of grain production and the vital interests of farmers. They would go to villages and households to widely publicize the policy and guide farmers to voluntarily invest in insurance. The town and village cadres publicized the policy by individual households, and explained the policy repeatedly by radio. The premium of wheat per mu was 10.4 yuan, the central and provincial subsidies were 74%, the district financial subsidies were 0.62 yuan, and the individual farmers only needed to pay 2.08 yuan. If wheat suffered from irresistible natural losses, they could get certain compensation from the insurance company.
