Jian'an Town, belonging to Naiman Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Naiman Banner and at the junction of three banners and one county. It is connected with Donglai town of Kailu County in the East, Bayan Maodu town of Keerqin left wing rear banner and Manghan town of Kulun banner in the south, Dongming town in the west, and No.6 farm and Mingren Sumu in the north. The area is 384.12 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the town was 19489.

Hushuo temple in Baori

Baori hushuo Temple (the legal name is Anle Temple) was built in April 1813. It is located in Shengli Gacha area of Baori town in Naiman Banner.
