Zhangcun township is located in the northwest of Qingtian County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Zhenbu Township in the East, ZHENWANG Township in the south, Lishui City in the west, lakou town in the north, and Zhangcun village, where the township government is located.
