CaoHua, the daughter of Caocao, was a character in the last years of the Eastern Han Dynasty. In 213, caocaojin became the Duke of Wei. He gave Caoxian, Caojie and CaoHua three daughters to Emperor Xiandi of Han Dynasty, Liu Xie, as concubines. They were all granted the title of wives and employed 50000 pieces of silk.

In the following year, Cao Huajin was appointed a noble man. Later, Emperor Xian was abolished as Shanyang Gong, and his second sister Cao Jie was his wife. Cao Hua was later unknown.
