He Weidi (1856-1913), a native of Daozhou, was a Jinshi (1883) in the ninth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty.

He Weipu (1844-1925) was a poet. In the Qing Dynasty, Ding Mao was appointed as the governor of Zhejiang Province. Poetry, calligraphy and painting are well-known in Haiyu. He qinghanzi, he shaojisun.

Qian Ying Shi (ten volumes) and Wen (four volumes) were printed in 1901. Ten volumes of Qian Ying's two poems and one volume of Zhu Bing's CI were printed in Chengdu in 1910. A brief introduction to Li Gongren, the late mother of Gong Ren in Gaofeng, was printed in Guangxu of Qing Dynasty.
