Wen Guogan, also known as Guodong, was born in 1918 in Baimao village, Gongpo Town, Wenchang City, Hainan Province.
Wen Guogan, commander of the 54th division of Taiwan Kuomintang army. He entered the 16th phase of Huangpu Military Academy when he was young, and then graduated from Xiyi Military Academy in Guangzhou. After graduation, he served in the Kuomintang army and participated in the Anti Japanese war on the Yunnan Myanmar line. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, he served successively as platoon commander, company commander, major battalion commander, lieutenant commander's staff officer, Colonel's head, major general's brigade commander, etc. He went to Taiwan at the end of 1949. He was commander of the 54th division of the Kuomintang army in Taiwan. In September 1988, he went back to his hometown with his wife to visit relatives.
