Feng Kaiyuan? Xie Keng was born in Dakeng village, Xiaqu Township, Taining County, Fujian Province. He was once a member of the Finance Committee of the Soviet government of Xie Keng township. In May 1933, he was unjustly killed in the struggle against "ab regiment" in the Fujian Jiangxi Soviet area.

In October 1932, he took part in the revolutionary struggle. At that time, he was a member of the Finance Committee of xiekeng Township Soviet government. He took part in the agrarian revolutionary struggle in the revolutionary base of Fujian Jiangxi border region and the guerrilla war against "encirclement and suppression" in the Central Soviet region. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the people's government recognized fan long as a revolutionary martyr.
