He Zheng (1909-1942) was born in Luotian, Hubei Province. After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese war in 1937, he actively participated in the Anti Japanese and national salvation activities.
Life of the characters
He joined the Communist Party of China in 1938. He once organized local Anti Japanese armed forces in Eastern Hubei. He joined the New Fourth Army in 1941 and served as the commander of Xi (Shui) and Luo (Tian) headquarters of the fifth division of the New Fourth Army.
