Zhang Kangguo (1056-1109), a native of Yangzhou (now Jiangsu Province) in the Northern Song Dynasty, was a scholar of Yuanfeng.

In Shaosheng, Cai Jing recommended to raise the two Zhejiang Changping, the warehouse relief. Chongning early, Li Zhongshu Sheren, Hanlin bachelor.
