Ren Xun
Ren Xun (1133-1204) was named Junmo. He was named Mr. Nanlu. He was born in Qianzhou (now Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province). His father Ren GUI was talented and good at painting.
In the second year of Zhenglong reign, he served as a Jinshi (1157) and a magistrate in Li Sheng, Da Ming Zongmu, Yi Du Gou and a salt envoy in Beijing. Class hall, demoted to Taizhou Festival Hall. When there is no borrowing power, it is hard to enter. In his late years, he collected hundreds of famous calligraphic paintings, which were displayed day and night, and then all lost. He was seventy years old.
Calligraphy achievements
Ren Xun is a master of poetry, calligraphy and painting. The real cursive script is so beautiful and vigorous that it won't let the second king. Wang Tingyun and Zhang Cai, the landscape masters, had their own advantages. "Supplemented Zhongzhou collection" records: "a man of many talents, his painting is higher than the book, the book is higher than the poem, the poem is higher than the article, the book into the quality, the painting into the divine." "Jin Shi Ren Xun Zhuan" said that he was "generous, and calligraphy was the first at that time". It can be seen that he had a certain influence on his calligraphy at that time. In his life, he wrote countless works, but his works handed down from generation to generation are very few. Only a few exquisite works, such as gubaixing and lvzheng's tomb list, have been seen by people today. For his deeds, see biography of Jin Shi Ben, Baoding Zhi, Yongping Fu Zhi, ink pool Yuanhai, painting history Huiyao.
Ren Xun's calligraphy is a collection of the strong points of many schools, and its characters are Zhong lingyuxiu. In Yu Shi, ye Changchi commented on the inscription of Da Tian Gong temple, which was written by him: "it's abrupt and magnificent, and the wall stands on a thousand feet.". Zhou Tianqiu's postscript to Qiu Huai's poems in the Ming Dynasty said that he was "the master of Huai Su". Calligraphy is vigorous and magnificent. The style is between Yan Zhenqing and Su Shi. When people talk about Ren Xun Shu, they often say that he lived in Duke Lu. For example, Wu Qizhen said: "calligraphy is vigorous and elegant, and its structure is vertical and easy, and it was built in Yan Lugong" (notes of calligraphy and painting); Gu Fu thought: "Junmo's calligraphy is good at learning plain" (life is magnificent), and so on. Learning from Yan Zhenqing, most of Ren Xun's calligraphy works were magnificent, and many celebrities at that time had a common understanding of his vigorous calligraphy. Zhao Bingwen said of his calligraphy: "how is Dai Zongfu? Qilu is still green." There are few idioms in the three words of "how to be a husband", but they are not three words. The following sentence has the atmosphere of hundreds of miles Those who learn from Nanlu should take part in it. " (collected works of the idle old man). Yuan Haowen praised his calligraphy as "flowing with clouds and flowing with water, which has its own unique interest", and Wang Yun said that his calligraphy was "between Yan (Zhenqing) and Po (sushi)" in the complete works of Mr. Qiujian "Bold and unrestrained flying, extraordinary" and so on, all fully affirmed the momentum of Ren Xun's works.
The rubbings of gubaixing, written by Du Fu, are in the collection of Fujii, Kyoto, Japan. It was written in 1160, the fifth year of emperor Zhenglong of Hailing. The spirit of this book depends on Yan Zhenqing. We can even find the shadow of general Pei by Yan Zhenqing. It is also said that this book seems to have the opening of Huangshan valley.
Ren Xun enjoyed a great reputation in the early Jin Dynasty, and was praised as the first. However, the problem of learning from the ancient in his works still existed. In fact, later critics also pointed out the problems in Ren Xun's calligraphy. For example, Yuan Haowen thought that "learning from Dongpo and being a little restrained" (complete works of Yuan Haowen), Wang Yun also had such a view that "he broke his own big books, and often had a strong body but a stagnant spirit" (complete works of Mr. Qiujian), and so on, which has clearly pointed out the shortcomings of Ren Xun.
As far as Ren Xun is concerned, Fang Zhu's calligraphy history is by no means a first-class calligrapher, even in the Jin Dynasty. However, in the early Jin Dynasty, even compared with other calligraphers in the Southern Song Dynasty, the momentum of Ren Xun's calligraphy was considerable. This is the success of Ren Xun and the significance of his calligraphy.

Watching the tide in Zhejiang Pavilion
】
Haimen East to cangming wide, tide to anger volume Qianxun snow. Zhejiang pavilion under the impact of the flying thunder, mirage fight galloping, struggling to beard hyena.
The battle of Julu is a million episodes, the voice is loud and the Kun axis is standing. Kunyang night out of the rain hanging river, sword rush to break through the city.
When Wu Nong was a child, he learned to make waves. He was a coward and brave man. Green flag appears and disappears in the waves, throwing one's life to light a feather.
In a moment, the wind blows, the tide is swift, the mountains are thick and blue. Xixing Pukou and twilight, across the cloud half red Kuaiji.
Poets who have Po xianbi are called enemies of rivers and mountains. But I feel that the clouds are full of my heart.
