Lu Kui
Lu Kui, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1963 in Taikang County, Henan Province. He started work in August 1986 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1985. He has a full-time doctoral degree, doctor of science, postdoctoral degree and professor.
In September 2017, he served as president and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Zhengzhou Institute of engineering and technology.

From August 1986 to July 2007, he worked in Henan University of Technology (formerly Zhengzhou Institute of grain and Zhengzhou Institute of Engineering). He served as lecturer, director of teaching and research section, associate professor and deputy director of the Department. He was promoted to Professor in 1999, director of the Department of chemistry and chemical Engineering in May 2001 and President of the College of chemistry and chemical engineering in January 2005. In terms of scientific research, he presided over or participated in 13 national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, including 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 national key scientific and technological research plan in the ninth five year plan, and 4 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards. Four invention patents and one utility model patent were obtained. Four books or textbooks have been published. More than 100 papers have been published in academic journals at home and abroad, of which 31 have been included in SCI and EI. He was named excellent expert of Henan Province in 2002.
