Yang Wang Xiu (1135-1200) became a Jinshi in the second year of Qiandao in Song Dynasty (1166). He was a county magistrate of Huangyan county and a magistrate of Hefei county. He was a tired official and served in Huawen Pavilion.
In the fifth year of Chunxi's reign (1178), Zhu Xi was appointed as the commander of the Nankang army. In the second year of Shaoxi's reign (1191), he served as the judge of Lizhou road transportation. In the second year of Qingyuan's reign (1196), he served as the provincial procurator of Zhongshu. He was a Bachelor of Xianmo's court and served as an envoy to the state of Jin. During Guangzong period, there were four famous supervisors in China, Yang Qiyi. His works include Zhushi queyi, zhe min manbi, dongzhaiji, etc. His deeds are recorded in the history of Song Dynasty. ?
