Zhu Xiang (1670-1707) was born in Gaotang, Shandong Province, with the name of Ziqing and Xiangcun. He was born in the ninth year of Emperor Kangxi and died in the 46th year of Emperor Kangxi at the age of 37. Wang Shizhen learned poetry from his younger brother gang.

The official is the alternate principal. He died young. There are four volumes of Xiang poems in Xiangcun collection, which can be divided into four categories: Fengxiang collection, wuchuanshuwu collection, guanjialou poetry and yungenqinghe collection. The last three categories in Siku Zongmu are all evaluated by Wang Shizhen.
