Ouyang bin (894-951) was born in Hengshan County of Hengzhou (now Hengyang City). He was an important minister and ci writer in the pre Shu and post Shu periods of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms.

Do not reuse

When Ma Yin, king of Wu and mu of Chu, occupied the whole territory of Hunan, Ouyang bin paid a visit to Ma Yin with his works, hoping to be reused. Ouyang bin was ashamed of offering bribes because he was in charge of bribes. He left in indignation and fell into the city of Hunan. Pre Shu period
