Li Bingli (1748-1830) was named Jingzhi, Gengyun, Songfu, Weilu, and old man Qisong. His ancestral home is Yangxi village, Wenzhen, Linchuan County, Jiangxi Province (now Wenzhen, Jinxian county), and his native place is Guilin, Guangxi. He is a famous poet in Qing Dynasty. He is a doctor in Jiangsu Province. He was granted the title of Zhongxian official, Chifeng Guanglu official, and his father Li Yimin and son Li Zonghan, known as the "three generations of red Dingzi of Li family". There are internal and external collections of Wei Lu's poems.

Li Bingli is the second son of Li Yimin, but because of his elder brother's early death, he is actually the eldest son. Li Bingli's family enjoys the reputation of "Li family in Linchuan" in Guangxi. His father, Li Yimin (1704-1798), was a famous salt merchant in the Qing Dynasty.
