10 g cooking wine, 1.5 g refined salt, 1 egg white, a little corn flour and flour, 500 g peanut oil (about 30 g).

1. Use a knife to cut the bread into 2-inch, 7-minute wide and 1-minute thick oblique eye slices. Production method
① Wash the shrimps and chop them into small pieces. Cut the fat of the pig into small pieces. Cooked ham cut into about 0.5cm long, 0.1cm thick filaments. Cut the crust around the bread, first cut it into 0.6cm thick pieces, then change it into diamond pieces, one diagonal is 8cm, the other is 4cm, a total of 12 pieces. Scrape the shrimp glue around the pigeon egg smooth, and place the fire leg silk around it neatly as eyelashes to form the eye green.
③ Put the green elephant eye into the steamer and steam it with low heat. Heat up the frying pan, add the cooked lard and heat it to 45%. Put the cooked elephant eye into the pan. When the bottom is fried yellow and fragrant, take a large disc and put a tomato sauce dish in the middle. Surround the elephant eye into a flower shape and garnish it with coriander leaves.
