Production steps of cuiliufengsi:
1. Wash the chicken breast with water, remove the tendons and skin, cut it into shreds, put it into a bowl, add egg white, a little salt and cooking wine, stir well, add 5g corn flour, mix well and size.
2. Cut off the root of the bean sprout, wash it with clean water, put it on the vegetable pier, and cut it into 1 inch long segments.
