Wonton in the North
Raw materials for making northern wonton:
100g minced meat,
50 grams of Chinese cabbage,
120 grams of flour. A spoonful of Shaojiu,

The processing steps of northern wonton are as follows:

② With water and noodles, rolling into dumpling skin, cabbage minced meat for filling, made into dumplings.
③ Take a soup bowl, add boiling water, put in dumplings, high heat for 3 minutes.
Northern wonton
