Processing steps of fermented meat with Lentinus edodes
Soak mushrooms and set aside.
Stir minced meat with soy sauce and Taibai powder.
Put 1 tbsp minced meat on each mushroom. Pour mushroom juice and salt on the deep plate.
Steam for 12 minutes, or cook with rice in an electric cooker.

If microwave oven is used, strong microwave is needed for 5 minutes.
Stewed pork with mushrooms
Fermented meat with Lentinus edodes is a dish made of minced meat, Lentinus edodes and other ingredients, which belongs to home cooking. Practice 1
Soak mushrooms and set aside.

Practice 2
1. Ten big fresh mushrooms were selected;
2. Wash mushrooms in water in umbrella shape and soak for about 10 minutes;
3. Use a knife to remove the Lentinus edodes and drain the water;
4. Add some salt, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, cornmeal, chopped ginger and scallion into the pork stuffing. Add a little water and stir well with chopsticks
Use a small spoon to pile up the prepared meat stuffing one by one and put it into the mushroom bowl;
5. Place the meat stuffing of Lentinus edodes on the deep bottom plate;
6. After boiling the water in the steamer, put the mushroom plate on the long drawer, steam over high heat for about 15 minutes, and turn off the fire;
7. Wash the leaves of the green vegetables, use boiling water to remove the water;
8. Put the leaves of green vegetables on the plate with the outside;
9. Take out the mushrooms from the steamer, put the meat stuffing on the leaves of the plate, and keep the soup for reserve;
10. Heat up the frying pan, add a little sunflower seed oil, stir fry shredded scallion and ginger, add shredded red pepper and stir fry a few times, then pour in the soup of steamed mushrooms and bring to a boil, add the water starch to the soup, add chopped scallion and a little sesame oil, turn off the heat, and pour the soup on the mushrooms with a frying spoon.
Practice 3
1. Remove Lentinus edodes and wash, Mince Pork forelegs and set aside;
2. Blanch the peas, carrots and corns, drain and chop them (leave a few peas as decoration), peel the horseshoe and chop them (pear can be used instead of horseshoe), and chop the ginger;
3. Put the chopped peas, carrots, corn kernels, horseshoe and ginger into the meat stuffing, and mix with appropriate amount of salt, white pepper, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce and sesame oil;
4. Fill the meat stuffing into the mushroom bowl. After filling, place a complete pea in each mushroom bowl for decoration;
5. Pour water into the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, put in the filled mushroom bowl and steam for about 10 minutes;
6. Heat up the frying pan and add a small amount of oil. When the oil temperature is about 70%, ladle two spoonfuls of minced garlic and chili sauce and stir evenly. Sprinkle appropriate amount of sugar and soy sauce and continue to stir;
7. Take a small bowl, mix the starch with water, pour it into the frying pan, stir well and turn off the fire;
8. Take out the mushroom bowl from the steamer and put it on the plate. Sprinkle with the fried juice and finish.
