Red bean 100g (about 2 liang), lotus seed 25g (about 6 Qian and a half), rock sugar 110g (about 3 Liang), water 600ml, peel 1 piece.
Processing steps of lotus seed and red bean paste:
1. Wash red beans and soak them in hot water overnight.
2. Wash and soak the peel.
3. Put water and rock sugar in a deep bowl, cover and cook over high heat for 6 minutes.
