Snow cake

If you like more Q taste, you can add more fish glue powder or gilding, but it's better not to exceed 20g, otherwise it won't taste like that. Do not cut too small, you can cut a little bigger, and then a small bite to eat more feel. If there is no mold, use the general fresh-keeping box.

Ingredients: 90 g fresh milk, 150 g coconut milk, 30 g Sugar, 150 g light cream, 15-20 g fish glue powder.
Steps:
1. Put the fish glue powder into the pot and mix it evenly with a little cold water.
2. Pour coconut milk, milk, sugar and cream into the pan.
Stir evenly, heat with low heat until saccharification, and stir in the same direction.
3. Spread the preservative film on the container, pour the cooked milk into the container, cool it and refrigerate until it solidifies.
4. Take out the frozen milk and cut it into pieces. Roll it in the coconut silk to make the frozen milk evenly covered with coconut silk.

Ingredients: coconut milk 150g, milk 90g, animal fresh cream 150g, coconut shreds in proper amount, gilding tablets 15g, sugar 36g
Steps: 1. Pour fish glue powder and sugar into the pot, mix them well, and then add other materials to mix well. 2. Turn down the fire. Stir in the same direction until the sugar dissolves. 3. Put it into the mold (it's better to stick the plastic film inside the mold, which is convenient for demoulding), and put it in the refrigerator after cooling until it solidifies. 4. Cut it into the shape you want and wrap it with coconut silk.
Tips:
1. If you are using gilding, you should first soften it with cold boiled water, and then boil it until the sugar melts. About 40-60 degrees can be added. Stir until the gilding completely melts, and then turn off the heat. 2. If you like more Q taste, you can add more fish glue powder or gilding, but it's better not to exceed 20g, otherwise it won't taste like that. 3. You don't need to cut too small, you can cut a little bigger, and then you can take a small bite to feel more. 4. If there is no mould, just use the ordinary fresh-keeping box. 5. The sweetness can be adjusted by myself, I just use 30g sugar, adjust according to personal needs.
