Raw materials for making tomato sauce pork chop
500g pork chop, 10g Shaojiu and Zanthoxylum salt, 20g soy sauce, 1g monosodium glutamate, 15g dry starch, 1 egg, 1000g lard and proper amount of tomato juice.
Processing steps of pork chop with tomato juice:
1. Chop the pork chops into strips 15 cm wide and uniform in thickness, with bones on each strip;
2. Put the pig bone strips into a bowl, add Shaojiu, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, dry starch and egg liquid, and knead them evenly by hand;
3. Heat up the frying pan, add oil and heat it to 80% heat, then fry the pig bone. The pig bone should be scattered on all sides to prevent adhesion. After putting all the ingredients in, stir and fry them with a colander until they are golden and the ribs float.
