Xiaozici Park

Xiaozici park is located at the intersection of Chengzhong road and Binwang road in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 34000 square meters. The park is connected by a circular tour road and is divided into three scenic spots: Yijie Yinxiang, Fengqiu Heyun and Xiaode Changge.

The predecessor of xiaozici Park

In ancient times, there were Xiaozi temple and Yan Wu father and son tomb. In 1110, Xu Bingzhe, the county magistrate of the Song Dynasty, built a pavilion on the side of the pavilion. "Later, it was destroyed by the bandits, and I didn't know the direction of the tomb for a long time.". In the 15th year of Shaoxing, Huang Mao, the magistrate of the county, ordered the Yin Yang family to set up a stone to show it In the second year of Qiandao (1166), the magistrate Lin Yuanzhong returned to the area where he invaded and built his tomb. In the first year of Chunyou (1241), the ancestral temple and tomb were rebuilt. Wei liaoweng inscribed the tombstone with seal script, and He Ke, a native of the city, wrote the inscription. The tomb was destroyed during the cultural revolution, and the "Xiaode Ganwu" stone tablet built in Hongzhi period of Ming Dynasty was also demolished. Yongmu temple in the east of the tomb, commonly known as Xiaozi temple, was first built in 1262, the third year of JINGDING in the Song Dynasty. It was rebuilt in 1892 and demolished in 1980. There are many legends about Yan Xiaozi, including Soushenji written by Gan Bao in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and Yiyuan written by Liu Jingshu in the Southern Song Dynasty. According to the old county annals, "Qin Yan's filial son's family is devoted to filial piety, burying his relatives and bowing to the dustpan. Qun Wu holds the earth to help him, and his beak is injured. Later, his capital is honored as Wushang, Wuxiao, and Yiwu. All of them are filial sons." The name of Yiwu county is derived from this. In the Ming Dynasty, Liu Tong, the magistrate of Yiwu County, wrote a poem about the ancestral hall of filial son: "when you die, you are poor and powerless, and you want to be heartbroken. Build a grave to pity you, hold the earth and sigh the black wound. The old trees are old, and the domed steles are long. Because of filial piety, the name of the city has been flowing for thousands of years. " During the reign of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty, Xiong renlin, the magistrate of Yiwu, wrote a poem on the "Xiaode Ganwu" Square: "in the Qin Dynasty, the trace of filial piety was hurt by Wu, so I stopped to pay homage to the roadside. But he asked the king of Qin where he was granted Zen. Wu Ti, the remnant tablet, was lying in the setting sun It describes the situation at that time.

In 1992, Yiwu Municipal government decided to build xiaozici park on the original site. Located at the intersection of Chengzhong road and Binwang Road, the park covers an area of 34000 square meters. The park is connected by a circular road. It is divided into three scenic spots: Yijie Yinxiang, Fengqiu Heyun and Xiaode Changge. Brief introduction of xiaozici Park

Due to the expansion of No.1 school in Choucheng, in 1993, three "Taoran ancestral halls" were moved into the park. In 2001, combined with the reconstruction of the old city, "Yiyuan" with three two wing rooms was moved into the park, so that Yiwu folk houses were protected and integrated with the landscape of the park. There is an artificial lake in the center of the park, and the revetment is winding. Taihu stone rockery is built at the foot of the mountain, with an artificial pumping device. When the pump is started, the water rushes out into the lake. A water curtain wall is set up, on both sides of the wall are carved "filial piety" and a hundred words of filial piety; in the garden road system, there are signs of filial piety to publicize the motto of filial piety. The artificial lake is revetmented with Taihu stone and imitation pine pile, surrounded by ancient pine, bamboo, red maple, flowering shrubs, etc., which outlines the landscape style of Jiangnan.

Xiaozi tomb is located in the north of Xiaozi temple in Xiaozi Temple Park. Around the whole cemetery space, there are filial piety bamboo. Combined with all kinds of evergreen shrubs around, it forms a closed landscape space and creates a green, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Around the tomb of Xiaozi, the rocks and stones are used as the transition of height difference. Hanging plants are planted at high places to make them cover the surface of the rocks naturally. The gaps between the rocks and stones are small evergreen ground covers, creating a natural and ecological landscape of rocks and stones.

The giant screen wall is engraved with four powerful calligraphy characters of "filial piety, virtue and sense of Wu". The Zhaobi is directly opposite to the gate of Xiaozi temple, and echoes with Xiaozi temple, highlighting the humanistic characteristics. The total length of the screen wall is 8.1 meters and the height is 3.3 meters. The main wall of the screen wall is covered with fair faced brick. The allusions about Yan Wu and Xiaozi in Xiaozi temple and the stone carvings reflecting the inheritance of thousand year filial piety culture in Yiwu. In the west entrance of xiaozici Park and the south side of the lake, shade resistant shrubs and ground covers are planted. Under the forest, there are ivy, auspicious grass and other plants, which make the whole site present to people naturally and cordially.

The gallery will be replaced by blue stone reliefs with "Jinwu Xiangyun" and "baishoutu" as the main elements. The original water curtain ring corridor and white jade granite relief columns will be retained and used for other purposes. The arc-shaped water curtain wall will be built on the basis of the original site, and the veneer will be mainly made of blue stone and mushroom stone, reflecting the "filial piety" culture of Yiwu in more details.

At the east entrance of the square, a new 6-meter-long and 1.26-meter-high theme wall is built. The facade is engraved with the calligraphy of "filial piety" and "hundred filial piety" to express the theme in a variety of ways, so that visitors can stop and enjoy the scenery. In the pool between the arc-shaped gallery and the stage, natural stone steps will be placed to connect the two originally independent spaces. When the water curtain opens, the water curtain will hang and the water drops will splash It enriches the whole landscape space in terms of vision, hearing and touch, making it a highlight.
