On March 11, 2004, Nanjing Local Taxation Bureau held a trial exhibition ceremony at the site of the completed tax culture base, and organized experts and leaders to visit and discuss, extensively solicited opinions and suggestions from all sides, and carried out adjustment and modification.

On March 26, 2004, we received 50 senior high school students from the first group of middle school students affiliated to Nanjing University to visit the base. The teacher in charge of the team reflected that the base was very well run, which played a very good supplementary role in the tax education of students: introducing the role of tax with the history of tax development, both in kind and video, in simple language, very vivid, easy to accept, and of great educational significance. In order to meet the needs of new forms of publicity, the new library of tax culture and education base was expanded at the end of 2009, with an area of more than 1800 square meters nearly five times larger.
