Yangjiashan community, located in Furong district, Changsha City, Hunan Province, was established in April 2001. It is composed of the original square neighborhood committee, yangjiashan neighborhood committee and most of the people's East Road neighborhood committee.

General situation

Starting from the second ring road in the East, Beijing Guangzhou railway in the west, Renmin East Road in the South and Yuanda 1st Road in the north, it covers an area of 0.6 square kilometers. There are 25 units and 11 residential quarters (84 buildings and 4600 households). In the community, there are institutions, schools, large supermarkets, four standardized professional markets, and a Jintai square covering an area of 100 mu, which is a typical multi-functional community. The community has one-stop service hall, police room, family planning service room, citizen school, people's mediation room, book reading room, Xingguang home for the aged, minor activity room and red Internet bar. The community service structure is reasonable and the function is complete. Over the years, we have adhered to the working goal of "paving the way for Party building, promoting community autonomy through service sublimation", wholeheartedly serving the masses, and won the title of municipal civilized community for five consecutive years.

community culture

It has a large-scale Jintai green square, covering an area of about 100 mu. Taking advantage of this unique geographical environment, we vigorously developed "community culture", held a series of large-scale artistic performances with various forms and rich contents, and established our own cultural brand red song festival. There are 500 square meters of "community publicity, culture and legal system center", including an indoor gate court, a 200 square meter indoor fitness field, and a total area of nearly 2000 square meters of "inpace fitness center". The civic school held lectures on laws and policies such as the party's knowledge, science popularization, vocational skills training, children's oral English, women's rights protection, anti drug knowledge, and workers' rights and interests protection. Around the theme of "being a civilized citizen and creating a harmonious community", the civic school carried out a wide range of cultural creation activities, so that the flowers of civilization spread all over the community.
