Tianchang museum is a local comprehensive museum. It was planned to be built in early 1992 and opened to the public at the end of 1994. It is located in Shiliang West Road, the center of the city. It covers an area of 11.3 Mu and has a construction area of more than 4000 square meters. Tianchang Museum has a collection of 1358 cultural relics, including 70 national first-class cultural relics, 92 second-class cultural relics and 417 third-class cultural relics. These cultural relics have strong local characteristics, especially the Han Dynasty lacquerware. In addition, it also has a number of high-grade jade, copper and iron treasures. Tianchang museum is located in Shiliang West Road, Tianchang City, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. It is the only comprehensive museum in East Anhui Province. It is intended to be another "Mawangdui". Tianchang museum was built in early 1992 and opened to the public at the end of 1994.
It covers an area of 12 mu, with a construction area of 4500 square meters. The exhibition of general Luo Binghui's life and deeds and the unearthed cultural relics of Tianchang Han tomb are basically displayed. With more than 200 pictures and some objects, the exhibition shows general Luo Binghui's turbulent and magnificent life.
According to the requirements of highlighting local characteristics and focusing on exhibition, the collection of cultural relics of the Han Dynasty is classified and displayed in terms of cultural and material places, mobilizing a variety of display techniques and revealing the local Han civilization from multiple angles, reflecting the superb wisdom and amazing creativity of the ancestors of the Han Dynasty. According to the different texture of cultural relics, the exhibition hall is divided into continuation hall, jade hall, iron and Wood Hall and pottery, copper and lacquer hall. There are three parts of jade on display in the jade Hall: Ritual jade, burial jade and Decoration jade. One of them is a ring-shaped white jade dragon with long beard, which is warm and delicate in texture. In particular, the craftsmen used the technique of hollowing through carving to enhance the three-dimensional sense of the whole object, making the whole object more exquisite and can be called a rare treasure.

Dragon shaped white jade ring in the Western Han Dynasty. It is round and flat with rectangular section and slightly concave. It is carved through the whole body, connected end to end and bent into a ring. The upper lip of the dragon is stretched forward and upward, the lower lip is rolled backward, and the tongue and lower lip are connected with the near tail. Round eyes with tips, back mane fluttering backward, connected with the dragon body. The dragon body is only carved with two cirrus patterns, which means dragon scale.
Four sons lacquer trousseau in the Western Han Dynasty. There are four sub boxes in the lacquer box. The sub boxes are big box, small box, horseshoe shaped comb box and rectangular half moon shaped lacquer box. The five utensils are made of silver buttons and painted with cloud patterns. Jade belt hook of Western Han Dynasty. It is carved from Hetian jade. The texture is pure. The back is embossed with curly clouds.
